Elements Financial wants to make you aware of a recent dividend payout issue we encountered and quickly resolved on all our High Interest (HINT) Checking Accounts.
Our process to pay dividends on HINT Checking Accounts did not complete as expected for the month of August. As a result, your August statement reflects dividends paid at a lesser rate than what you earned. When we became aware of the error, we worked quickly to post adjustments to all impacted accounts. You will notice an "Aug 2020 Dividend Correction" as a credit to your account dated September 2, 2020, that made up for the difference owed, according to your qualifying higher dividend rate of 2.00% Annual Percentage Yield (APY).
